Terms and Conditions of Use Linkedrent

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using Linkedrent.com’s services, users agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable guidelines or policies.
  2. Service Description: Linkedrent.com offers a LinkedIn profile rental service for commercial purposes.
  3. Payment Terms: Service is billed monthly, with payments processed via secure payment platforms.
  4. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are provided upon request if the Contractor has not delivered the profiles. In case of violations, no refunds or replacements are provided.
  5. Termination by Linkedrent.com: Linkedrent.com reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Client with at least 2 weeks’ notice and close access in case of regular violations of terms.
  6. Force Majeure & LinkedIn Policy Changes: In case of force majeure or LinkedIn policy changes, refunds may take up to 6 months. The User accepts the risks associated with such disruptions.
  7. Downtime Calculation & Profile Recovery: If a profile is restricted, Linkedrent.com will start the recovery process within 7 days. If not restored, a replacement is provided. If restoration is not successful within 7 days, downtime is counted starting from the 4th day after the profile is blocked, and the difference is deducted from the next payment.
  8. Profile Replacement: A replacement profile may have fewer contacts or a different gender.

User Conduct Rules:

  • The user must maintain confidentiality. It is forbidden to change the name, surname, profile photo, email, or password.
  • Access to the profile’s mailbox is not provided.
  • It is forbidden to delete or modify previous work experience or education.
  • Posting or responding to job vacancies from rented profiles is not allowed.
  • Linking a bank card to the profile is prohibited.
  • Liability: Linkedrent.com is not responsible for data loss and is not affiliated with LinkedIn or any third-party tools used.

Changes to Terms: Linkedrent.com reserves the right to amend terms and will notify users of changes.

LinkedIn Profile Usage Guidelines:

  1. Profile Warm-up:
    All new profiles undergo a warm-up phase:
  • Days 1–3: profile setup (photo, info).
  • Gradual increase in connection requests (see LinkedIn Warm-up Plan).
  • Activity times should vary.
  1. Outreach Rules
  • Do not include links in auto-messages. Links are only allowed after a lead responds.
  • Avoid template duplication—individual templates for every profile.
  • Users must not exceed 20 connection requests per day or 100–120 per week
  1. LinkedIn Warnings
  • If a warning is received, immediately suspend activity.
  • Resume work only after at least 48 hours.
  1. Pending Connection Requests
  • Remove requests in small batches (100–200 per week), never all at once.
  1. Proxy & Location
  • Proxies are fixed and match the profile’s region. Changing locations means the proxy remains the same.
  1. Work History and Education
  • Adjusting work dates is allowed.
  • Deleting work experience or education entries is forbidden.
  • Education dates cannot be changed, but new entries can be added.

LinkedIn Warm-up Plan (7 days after granting access):

  • Day 1: 5 connections, profile optimization.
  • Day 2: 5 requests, likes/comments.
  • Day 3: 10 requests, activity in groups.
  • Day 4: 10 requests, increasing engagement.
  • Day 5: 15 requests, welcome messages to new contacts.
  • Day 6: 15 requests, activity on target audience posts.
  • Day 7: 20 requests, more messages and interactions.

Warm-up days are not included in the standard 30-day usage period.

Warning: Upon receiving a LinkedIn warning, the client must pause work for 3 days.

Profile replacement is not provided if any of the above rules are violated!

Additional Terms:

  • Accounts are real and belong to salaried staff; falsification or fraudulent use leads to liability.
  • The client has 3 business days for technical setup after receiving access. After this period, usage is on a paid basis.
  • If payment is not received on time at the start of the rental period, access will be suspended the next day, and if payment is further delayed, the agreement will be terminated and access closed permanently.
